Kind and personable staff, it was really great stay.

The room was very excellent, exceptionally comfortable bed. Had a very good breakfast, greatly enjoyed the meal.

Reasonably priced food, top-notch service and excellent view of the sea. Great location close enough to the beach asap, the promenade to bars / restaurants, and the restaurant and the beach bar, and private parking.

Spotless room, a shower, hair dryers and soft bathrobes in the room. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. Well-maintained pool to relax in too. Location - magnificent and wonderful near to Miami, and the beach. Exceptional food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. Rooms are super clean with comfy beds and great shower facilities, including separate toilet. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. The pool area is nice, with plenty of sun loungers available. Food options by the beach are really convenient and delicious. Yoga sessions nearby were invigorating.

Almost all is well, except the cost.

It's expensive, but it's very dignified.

I really loved being just a short walk from the Miami Beach Boardwalk, made my morning strolls enjoyable, and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden provided a beautiful view to unwind in after a day of exploring landmarks. The staff was lovely and everything felt clean and well-maintained .

Pool space is getting very crowdy in the afternoon

Hotel location was perfect especially if you end up staying during spring break or any music festival! At least we could enjoy the beach and pool during the day and didn t have the loud music and people next door as was the case with other big hotels down in south beach! Staff, beach service, garden were great!

The automatic 18% gratuity charge on top of everything, hotel fees and other charges on top of price mentionned on booking. No other nice restaurants close to hotel, have to walk down south beach but could be much appreciated if noisy!

My stay was amazing! The ocean view room was stunning and had a great mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny with fresh items and an egg station. I would come back!

The fact that there was no bath in the room, only a shower and that the room had no balcony and the view from the window was blocked by a bar, as the chair was the wrong height, which obscured the view!

The staff were outstanding - they made sure we had a good time, weather we were in the hotel relaxing or outside the hotel soaking in Miami nightlife.The city view room we initially booked was small for 3 people so we paid extra and upgraded to an ocean view room - very comfortable.

It was a bit quiet - perfect for couples and families not 3 lads like us. The location was on miami beach but the address led us to believe it was on south beach - situated away from all the main nightlife of Miami.

the location is perfect, away from the hustle but close enough. the staff is super friendly and the room was clean and comfy with great amenities like air conditioning and a coffee machine. beach is a 3 min walk and the pool is nice too. loved the fitness and spa facilities, especially the yoga at the beach.

Dining is somewhat expensive. So we ate only small meal on the lounge terras
